Amplitrex Audio Products, LLC warrants each new AT1000 Vacuum Tube Tester to be free of defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. If, during the warranty period stated above, any part or component should fail, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty excludes software, tube sockets and power/USB cables, as well as any unit which has been misused and/or abused, suffered any physical and/or environmental damage, or has had repairs attempted by an unauthorized individual.
If your AT1000 fails to operate properly during the warranty period, please contact us immediately using our Contact Form. We will attempt to identify the problem and offer a solution. DO NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. When returning equipment upon authorization, pack it carefully in the original boxes and materials, or equivalent. Include a thorough description of the problem, and your name, address, phone number and e-mail contact information inside the package. INSURE THE PACKAGE for the full value of the contents. Do not return the power or USB cables, software, etc.
This warranty excludes any and all shipping costs incurred by the purchaser.
The foregoing, limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This also includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The purchaser’s exclusive remedy, with respect to any and all losses or damages resulting from any use whatsoever, shall be repair or replacement, as specified above. Amplitrex Audio Products, LLC shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, however occasioned, whether by negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
